Before we start

What kinds of projects can I enquire about?

Business websites, Shopify development, custom browser applications, API integrations and maintenance. Include your requirements and any existing website or system links so we can assess the scope.

Do you publish fixed package prices?

No. Requirements vary between projects. A written proposal sets out the deliverables, fees and payment schedule for your particular project.

What is included in a project?

The accepted proposal defines what is included. Hosting, domain names, licences, third-party services and ongoing support are included only when explicitly stated.

How are changes and cancellations handled?

Additional work, timing changes and cancellation arrangements are agreed in writing. Payments for completed work and any refund eligibility depend on the accepted contract and applicable law.

Will you maintain an existing website?

We can assess an existing website or application. Access, technical condition, documentation and the requested improvements determine whether the work is suitable and how it is quoted.

What we collect and why

When you contact us, we receive the contact details, correspondence and project information you choose to provide. We use this to respond to enquiries, discuss or deliver a contract, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. The enquiry form and website

The form prepares an email on your device. It does not send your form entries to our server or store them in a website database. We receive them only if you send the email. This page does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include third-party tracking scripts. The hosting provider may process technical access and security logs, including IP address, request time and browser information, to operate and protect the website.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, business email and service delivery, or by professional advisers and authorities where necessary. Proposals and acceptance

This website describes our services and invites enquiries. It does not provide instant checkout or create a service contract. Work begins after the parties accept a written proposal or agreement setting out the scope, fees, timing, payment schedule and responsibilities. That agreement governs the project.

Fees and changes

Projects are individually scoped and priced. Applicable taxes, third-party costs and payment milestones are specified in the proposal. Extra features or changes outside the accepted scope require agreement on the additional work, fees and delivery implications.

Client responsibilities and third-party services

Clients are responsible for providing the agreed materials, lawful content, permissions, access and feedback. Hosting, domains, software licences, platform subscriptions and third-party services are included only if explicitly stated. Their availability and terms may affect the project.

Delivery, ownership and maintenance

Delivery and acceptance criteria, intellectual property rights, licences and handover arrangements are agreed in the project contract. Maintenance and ongoing support require a separate agreed scope unless the proposal expressly includes them.

Cancellations, refunds and concerns

Please email us promptly about a cancellation, delivery issue or complaint. Cancellation charges, payments for completed work and any refund entitlement are assessed under the accepted project agreement and applicable law. Nothing on this website excludes any mandatory statutory rights.
